“Hey everyone I got the tower 200 4 months ago and I have a sincere review. First off, let me say that without the proper nutrition you will never achieve the results you want. I’m not and will never be a body builder type, nor do I want to be! This is a perfect piece of equipment to add to any fitness program! Ok so, as far as the range of quality exercises, I have discovered even more than the workout chart and DVD’s have.

As for the resistance bands, I think they are perfect for my fitness level. Obviously if you wanna be a meat head this is not for you, but as far as quality I would give it an 8 out of 10, only because I use it 6 days per week and work out on it for at least 30 minutes per day as part of my exercise routine! The bands wore a bit on me, but were still good, though I did get replacement bands and one of the plastic loops broke on me causing me to change out the bands and honestly if you have to change one pair you kind of have to change them all cuz they won’t be evenly worn. I wish the band connection loops were metal and that the handle grips were better quality, but other than that it has been awesome and I have increased muscle mass significantly and people, especially girls, have noticed the results and I almost have my six pack back!

As far as the workout DVD’s if you think you’re gonna see results by working out 10 minutes per day, you’re dreaming, but if you use those as a guide and step up the workouts, this can deliver any gym exercise you will need to get in shape!

I would say it’s worth the price and worth the commitment!

Oh and it could mess up the door slightly, but only as you do the setup if you scrape the door with the metal. But I have been using it religiously for more than four months and really intensely using it and the door I have it on is fine. 3.If you want to get the best out of the tower, don’t just stick to the DVD, look up some free weight and cable exercises and use the ones you want.

I can hear you asking… is the Tower 200 worth it? That’s a great question and a question I asked myself many times over before I bought this home door gym.

Hi, I’m Cade and from using this gym and doing some research on it my honest opinion is it depends on what you want to achieve from this fitness apparatus.

Here’s what I think and from what I have heard around the traps regarding the likability and usability of the Tower 200.

Is The Tower 200 Worth It For Body Builders?

If you are just starting your body building career it may be worth it but once you reach a pro level of body building the resistance that the power cords offer wont be enough to keep increasing your muscular mass.

Many Tower 200 reviews claim that anyone can use this machine but I feel that pro body builders will not get much out of this resistance based home gym due to only offering up to 200 pounds of resistance.

Note: the official Tower 200 website is offering an extra 80 pounds of resistance on top of the regular 200 pounds it comes with. Maybe Body By Jake are trying to make this home gym usable for hardcore body-builders as well now. Awesome!

Is The Tower 200 Worth It For The Regular Guy Or Girl?

In my humble opinion, the Tower 200 is ideally catered for the regular person who is looking to keep themselves fit and toned. The resistance is ample enough to give you a good workout and the convenience of it being at home is ideal for us busy folk who can’t get to the gym on a regular basis.

It’s price tag also aint so bad (around $170 or so depending on which part of the world you live). Especially when you consider that some gym memberships can cost you an arm and a leg for a yearly fee and half the time you don’t even manage to get there because you are so busy or its inconvenient!

So if you are looking for a home gym to help you with your strength and conditioning and to keep you generally fit and healthy then the Tower 200 is definitely for you.
